Here’s what not to do with dry/cracked feet:

Don’t ignore them
Leaving cracks untreated can lead to deeper splits, pain, and even infection especially if the skin starts bleeding

Don’t cut or pick at the skin
It might be tempting to trim hard skin yourself but using blades or picking can cause injury and make cracks worse

Don’t use very hot water
Long hot baths or foot soaks strip natural oils and dry the skin out even more

Don’t skip moisturising
Letting feet stay dry without applying a proper foot cream will slow healing and worsen the cracks

Bay Foot Health Updates 🦶🏼

Unfortunately from June onwards I won’t be doing any more home visits.

But this does mean I’ll be in clinic on Tuesdays going forward (I’m currently thinking Tuesday will be wellness treatments only)
