A few months back, I had one of my regular clients in for the foot reflexology treatment. Through their treatment, I picked up on their Thyroid being out of balance. At the end of the treatment, I asked my client a number of questions that relate to known issues with the Thyroid and they confirmed they had not been experiencing any of the issues raised.

At their next appointment, six weeks later, they expressed that they had been feeling extremely cold and exhausted at irregular times. Given this, they had been to the doctor, and the doctor was running blood tests. At this reflexology treatment I still picked up on the Thyroid being out of balance.

My client came in last week and told me about the results from the doctors. Their Thyroid was out of balance due to a Vitamin deficiency. They are now on medication, which has made a positive difference in their wellbeing. I also could see through their reflexology treatment that the Thyroid was more in a balanced state.

I have always loved my job and even more so when I'm able to help my clients heal from mental, physical, or emotional issues in their life.

I have always loved reflexology and what the feet tell me regarding a person wellbeing.

The weather wasn't as good as expected but I'm so blessed and thankfully to those that popped along to the tea and cake afternoon to celebrate my 20 years of Broadway Beauty and helped in raising to date over £380 for the Pilgrims Hospice, the Samaritans and The Harmony Therapy Trust

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is an extremely soothing and wonderfully relaxing treatment helping in promoting the movement of lymphatic fluid around the body. In the hour-long MLD treatment light massage using gentle rhythmic upward, circular and pumping techniques to stimulate the contraction of the lymph vessels which speeds up the removal of waste products, relaxes the sympathetic nervous system, enhances the activity of the immune system and reduces pain are used on the face and body.
