Coping with the festive season – Alcohol and social pressure 🍷

During this time of year, drinking alcohol may be encouraged at parties, festive meals and other social situations. It’s important to remember that no one should feel pressured to drink.

It’s okay to:

✔ Leave early
✔ Do what feels right for you

Park surgery is an Armed Forces Veteran friendly accredited GP practice.
Please let us know if you are an Armed Forces Veteran. If your family member is a Veteran who may not see this post please ask them to inform us.
Veterans may be able to access certain services. In order to do this, we would need to know that you are a Forces Veteran. (A veteran is someone who has served in the British Armed Forces (Regular or Reserve) for at least one day. Veterans also include any member of the Merchant Marine who has served in a war zone)
