For Parental Mental Health Day, we are encouraging parents to notice the early signs. 👨‍👩‍👧

Ongoing tiredness, worry or low mood can chip away at your wellbeing. Noticing these feelings early can help you take small steps before they grow.

Kent and Medway Talking Therapies can help you feel more balanced and supported. Click the link in our bio for early help. 💬
