Desk job = stiff neck? 😩
Take 2 minutes to stretch it out and feel the difference! 💆‍♂️💻
Try these simple neck stretches to fight tension, boost focus, and stay pain-free.
Your posture (and productivity) will thank you! 🙌

1. Forward flexion stretch - Seated or standing, keep your neck, shoulders, and torso straight. Place both hands behind your head.
Slowly pull your chin towards your chest until you feel the stretch in the back of your neck.
Hold for ten seconds

2. Flexion isometric - Seated or standing, keeping your neck, shoulders, and torso straight.
Place your palm against your forehead, and gently push your forehead into your palm, holding the position static.
Hold for ten seconds

3. Lateral stretch - seated or standing, keeping your neck, shoulders, and torso straight.
Tilt your head so that your right ear moves towards your right shoulder until you feel a distinct stretch in the left side of the neck.
Hold for ten seconds, repeat on other side

4. Lateral isometric - seated or standing, keeping your neck, shoulders, and torso straight.
Reach towards the small of your back, tilt your head and place your other hand on the top of your head using the weight to apply pressure to the stretch
Hold for ten seconds, repeat on other side

5. Rotation stretch - seated or standing, keeping neck, shoulders, and torso straight. Place your right palm against your forehead.
Turn your head slightly to the right, moving gently until you feel a stretch in the left side of your neck.
Hold for ten seconds repeat on other side

6. Extension stretch - seated or standing, keeping neck, shoulders, and torso straight. Keep your chin level and look straight ahead
Gently bend your head backward so that your eyes are looking up at the ceiling.
Stop when you feel a stretch in the front of your neck.
Hold for ten seconds

Great performance starts with great recovery. Make massage part of your game plan to unlock your full potential!

Massage has endless benefits for everyone but in this example for those that train whether for sport or for leisure.

Train hard. Recover harder. A good massage has your back — literally.

Let’s talk about the marks🍃

After a cupping session, you might notice circular discolorations on your skin. These aren’t bruises caused by impact — they’re a natural response to the suction, which brings blood flow to areas that need healing.

Think of it like this: when there’s tension, stagnation, or tightness in the body, cupping helps bring those deeper issues to the surface so your body can process and release them. The marks are just a temporary part of that process — like footprints of the work your body is doing beneath the surface.

They typically fade in a few days, and the relief lasts much longer. Who else loves cupping therapy or needs to try it?
