I remember the very first time the phone rung and I had to pretend I knew how to use our booking system. I couldn’t remember the password and was low key panicking on the phone. The patient had no idea I was scrambling around writing their appointment ON A CEREAL BOX 🤣😎 (“They’ll never know… they’re gonna knooooww..” 🤣)
Then, the next day, I watched that same person walk down our driveway at home, into our ‘clinic’. (garage 🤣💯 )
As a result of Ben being so wonderful, our little dream has gone from strength to strength. People trust him. They trust his knowledge, his methods and they trust the brand. We fix you and send you on your way.
We are grateful for EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks through our door, or simply speaks about us in rooms we are not in. I for one believe truly that our patients are the best patients around.
I LOVE our waiting room chats; whether I’m having a good old laugh with a patient or I’m their shoulder to cry on. I hear all sorts in our reception area - my level 3 in counselling skills REALLY comes into play!
Ben always wanted to provide the local area with a healthcare service like no other, and one that local people DESERVE. And I think he’s done just that. I mean, there’s still a long way to go, but every day we are looking at new ways we can help our patients, and new services we can offer.
Anyway, that’s enough sentimental chat for one day! 🤣🤩 Ben’s just finished his last patient of the weekend and I’m off to sing at someone’s wedding…. 🎤
