Introducing… EMILY! Sports Therapist & Rehabilitator

Emily has a deep passion for Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, driven by both professional training and personal experience.

Emily studied at the University of Kent, where she completed a three year degree in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. Throughout her studies, she gained certifications in rehabilitation, sports massage, strength and conditioning, and first aid. She uses a variety of evidence-based techniques to support recovery and designs individualised treatment plans tailored to each patient.

Not only is Emily a fantastic practitioner, she’s also a bit of a superstar… Emily currently holds the titles of:

• 3× World Champion
• 5× European Champion in….
…. Martial arts! 🥋 🤩💪🏽

Emily teaches martial arts to students of all ages and has a whopping 19 years of martial arts experience under her (third degree black 🤩👌🏽💯) belt!

We are so excited to welcome Emily to our clinic and we are certain she’s going to be very busy!
