I will not promise you a pain free birth, but do promise to give you the tools to navigate whatever birth you have on the day, prepare you to feel calm and confident and support you in the lead up to birth and can be on hand in the early days postpartum to support with breastfeeding xx

As the year comes to a close, I’m stepping back for my own little break until 2026 (with the exception of waiting for one more little soul to arrive! ✨) so please forgive me if I am slower to get back to your enquiries over the coming weeks.

A huge thank you to every family who invited me into their journey this year, to every perfect little baby born into loving arms, and to every birth I had the privilege of witnessing and supporting 💜💜💜 soooo much LOVE!

Thank you to all the groups and individuals I taught…the conversations we shared, the tears, laughter, courage, the dancing and the quiet moments…will all stay with me 🫶🏼

Thank you to my colleagues, and the birthworkers, doulas, and women who have also held me through life this year…your presence has meant so much. 🩷

As I move into this short period of much needed rest, I am also quietly looking forward to all the families and journeys I’m going to connect with in the year ahead 🥰 there is still some space in my diary for next year, so do reach out with a message if you’d like to book me and I’ll be in touch.

Three years ago, I was preparing to meet my little Monty. Third baby and still learning, in my own way, what it meant to trust the process. The lead up to this birth was such a huge mental challenge, compared to the two before. I genuinely lost sight of the end and had some wobbles for sure…but I was completely held by everyone around me, and that support carried me through those final, hard days.

No more babies for me now. Instead, I get to hold space for others to do the same: to approach birth with calm, confidence, and connection 💜
