One You Surrey, is now accepting referrals from your GP for its free 12-week weight management groups starting this January. This programme is designed to support adults in Surrey in making sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes in a welcoming, supportive group environment.
Dates:
• Online - 6th January, 6:00–7:30pm
• Redhill - 7th January, 2:00–3:30pm
• Camberley - 7th January, 2:45–4:15pm
• Woking - 8th January, 2:15–3:45pm
Who is eligible? Adults (18+) living in Surrey with a BMI over 30 (or 27.5 if South Asian, black and minority ethnic groups). - interested ? Contact our reception team for more information

Under the national NHS Choice Framework, people have the right to choose the provider that will carry out their autism or ADHD assessment and treatment via any provider (including independent providers) where they have an NHS and provide equivalent work elsewhere. In some cases, this could mean a shorter wait, but this is not always guaranteed.
