Imbolc Gathering

Join Suz (Divine Gongs) and Lizzie (The Soul Studio) for a nourishing afternoon to honour Imbolc, the seasonal turning point between winter and spring.

This gentle two-hour gathering will include:
• Sacred cacao
• Yoga nidra
• Guided meditation
• Oracle card reflection
• Divine gongs
• Tea and sweet treats

A space to slow down, rest, and reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythm of the year. No pressure, no expectations, just time to unwind and reset.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed, grounded, and more in tune as we move towards the spring equinox.

✨ When women gather, magical things happen ✨

I never know how the Soul Circle will feel in the lead up and the planning. I just bring intention and intuition to try and make it the best it can be. Sometimes the energies of the souls that gather vibrate together perfectly, and this month Soul Circle proved to be exactly that union.

We each placed a knot in a green ribbon, symbolising abundance, the knot holds our energy in the physical world, and I will offer our intentions up to the moon tonight.

A guided meditation took us to far off places as we connected to the pulse of mother Earth, and the energy of the full moon in Aries above.

Journalling and Oracle cards supported self reflection as we acknowledge the seasonal change and prepare for the darker months ahead.

Thank you to those that came, for showing up as the true version of yourself. During these gatherings I receive just as much as I give and am so glad to journey through the seasons with company.

The next Soul Circle will be on 9 November.

🌅 That perfect golden hour glow… 🌅

A peaceful end to a fulfilling day of reflexology in my little sanctuary.

This time of year, as the season shifts and energy begins to rise again, reflexology can be especially grounding, helping the body find balance and gently supporting the nervous system as we move into the lighter months.

I feel so lucky to do what do in a space filled with such calmness and love.
