                                            🍁 Autumn Seasonal Yoga 🍁
Focus over the next few weeks :
* energy of the lungs & large intestine - paying attention to what we draw in & what we release. 
* movement to open & close the body, to expand & contract, to fill and empty. 
* using our breath as a tool to stimulate the vagus nerve, parasympathetic nervous system, and release tension in body, mind & emotions. 
* Autumn is a time to re-charge & reset before the busyness of the festive systems kicks in.
