Re-calibrating my energy with a wonderful class under the guidance of my teacher Julee Yoga
Walked in feeling so tired
Came out the other size fully topped up

Just the tonic I needed. Breath, movement, play, focus and a few giggles along the way.

I have been going to Surrey Overtones Massage for treatments for many years and can’t recommend Nicola highly enough as a therapist, so to be learning from her will be very inspiring 💫

After 5 years of online classes - since they began in the lockdown days - we finally got to practise in real life!
Thank you Caroline Thompson for dropping in to class. What a special treat to see you 💚

I have kept 2 online classes running since they started all those years ago and the same people continue to join, week in, week out. Over the years friendships have been made, stories shared & connections made … and although we practise apart, there is still a beautiful energy that is shared.
