These appointments give you dedicated time to talk about your health, ask questions, and make sure you’re getting the right support. They can help pick up concerns early and keep you feeling your best.

Symptoms to look out for:
• Feeling bloated most days
• Pain in your tummy or pelvis
• Feeling full quickly when eating
• Needing to p*e more often

If these symptoms are new, persistent, and not normal for you, contact your GP practice.
