Just in case you need the reminder🧠🫶

The importance of prioritising mental health and wellbeing cannot be over emphasised, especially in children. Mental health is a fundamental aspect of overall wellbeing, and it is essential that we recognise and honour its importance. It is all too common for people to feel guilty or ashamed for taking time to prioritise their mental health needs, but this is a mindset that we must shift. Taking care of our mental health is not a selfish act; rather, it is a necessary step in ensuring that we are able to show up fully and effectively in all areas of our lives.

Promote a culture of mental health awareness and self-care. Prioritise your mental health needs without fear of judgement or guilt. It is only by taking care of ourselves that we can be our best selves and make positive contributions to the world 🌎 around us.
