You don’t have to be “Strong” every day.
You just have to be honest.
Most people believe strength means pushing through.
But real strength looks like:

→ That’s not weakness-it’s wisdom

- Your emotions are valid, even if they’re messy
🛑 Taking a break when you’re overwhelmed
→ Rest is productive too
🎯 Putting yourself first
→ It’s not selfish—it’s survival
🌈 Ending things that no longer serve you
- So you can make space for something better
💛Knowing healing isn’t Linear
- Good days and bad days can co-exist
📅 And remembering: you don’t have to live the same day twice
