Well… that escalated quickly. 🐑

I turned my back for one second after putting Duchess out and suddenly one sheep was in the caravan…

Then two.

Trying to get them out again was… interesting.

I think they were also trying to make a cup of tea. ☕️

People often ask me how I show up here every single day.
The truth is… the horses are my regulation.

Being with them helps me slow my breath, soften my body, and come back to myself.

We all have something that helps us regulate (sometimes it takes a while to work out what that is for us)
maybe it’s a cup of tea, a walk, music, movement, painting, or simply sitting quietly, reading a book 📖

I’d love to know… what helps you come back to yourself?

Something , or someone 😁 has been moving through the grass in one of the resting fields, creating this clear trail in a big horseshoe shape.
There are little patches of digging too… and I’m fascinated 😊

I love moments like this: where nature leaves clues, and we get to pause and wonder. 😍✨✨🌿
Does anyone recognise what might have made it?

Curiosity welcomed, guesses welcomed…
I’ll be keeping an eye on the field to see what else appears. 🌿✨

Oooh what’s that on my back? 🐴
Popped Lulu’s saddle on Duchess this week. She licked it 🫤😆 yes licked it. Not liked it 😆 she didn’t seem bothered by it - getting a big girl now 😍🥰 love her

A bit of blue sky for this chilled out Sunday. Hope you’re all having a great day whatever you are doing? Herd is happy, I’m tired following a mad couple of weekends. followed by this weekend with work in between 😴 🤣 ragwort done, poo picking done, horses pampered fed hayed and watered now time to head 🏠 soak in the bath 🛀 happy Sunday ❤️
