I happened upon this simple, but powerful quote first thing this morning. Then, whilst walking Bea and Rose later on this morning, I selected Eckhart Tolle’s “Oneness With All Life” to listen to. In it, he’s says “The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation,but your thoughts about it.” I liked the synchronicity, so just wanted to share!! 💚
