Candice has developed her specialist skills in working as part of the autism assessment team. Candice is trained in the ADOS-2 assessment and carries out Neuroaffirmative autism diagnostic assessments in line with the NICE guidelines as well as giving families and young people advice and support following diagnosis.

Currently, Olivia works part-time at a tertiary level hospital working in Neurodevelopmental clinics and alongside this has been working privately supporting young people since 2022.

She is particularly passionate about working with young people to participate in occupations that are important to them. When she isn’t working, she loves to travel in her campervan in the UK and Europe.

Charlotte is an experienced primary teacher and specialist teacher for specific learning difficulties (SpLD). Her passion lies in working with parents, carers, and teachers to help them empower children to make progress in literacy.

Charlotte holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Linguistics and Communication, an MA in Education, and a BA in Primary Teaching. She is currently studying towards certification as a specialist assessor in literacy difficulties and cognitive processing.

Sarah’s passion is for providing neurodiversity-affirming, non-judgemental and friendly spaces for families and young people to reflect. She knows how challenging it can be working with complex systems around a child and strives to work in partnership with families and systems, providing practical and ‘real world’ support and guidance.

While she draws on a range of therapeutic models in her work, at it’s heart her approach is all about strengthening connections and developing compassion for self and others – recognising that often it’s the small changes which make the biggest difference.
