π Fuel your body to compete, your muscles & tendons need nutrients to perform. Donβt experiment with new foods on competition day β
πͺπ» Donβt wait until youβre injured to see a physio. Both James & Cerys had treatment sessions to keep their body in check & will have post event recovery treatment too ππΌ
π€ΈπΌββοΈ Adequate warm up, go through the movements & if you havenβt warmed up enough donβt just risk it for the sake of not being able to move for weeks to come
