The body likes movement & we donโ€™t blame it for that. It doesnโ€™t come down to โ€˜howโ€™ you sit, it comes down to sitting for too long.

We see countless injuries from clients pushing themselves to lift as HEAVY AS POSSIBLE ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ

If your form is compromised DO NOT LIFT THE BARBELL โŒ

We get it, weโ€™ve all been there from time to time. You look cool, youโ€™ve lifted heavier than anyone else in the gym but ask yourself this โ€˜what are you gaining?โ€™ ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Of course, if your form is spot on, you are an experienced lifter & you rarely push yourself to the max thatโ€™s a different matter ๐Ÿซก

We would argue on an average training day you are best off performing multiple reps at a slightly lighter weight to build strength ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
