Tissue Stability 🤩

This patient was referred to Hiten for persistent inflammation and gingival soreness around the LL1. There was a clear lack of keratinised tissue which predisposes the site to worsening of the recession.

Fast forward 6 months after a lateral sliding flap from the LL2 donor site. There is now ample keratinised tissue height and thickness to resist further recession.
