You know that sluggish feeling when your body feels heavy… even after you’ve had enough sleep?

It could be your muscles asking for fuel, not more coffee.
Your muscles need protein to repair and rebuild after every move you make.

They need iron so oxygen can reach them (low iron = fatigue).
And they need hydration to stay supple, not stiff.
When you’re under stress, skip meals, or push through exhaustion, your muscles literally struggle to function.
