Introducing Balance with Samantha..
I now specialise in supporting women through all stages of life, from menstrual health and fertility, through pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and into perimenopause and menopause. My approach combines professional knowledge with lived experience (some yet to experience but looking forward to), creating support that is compassionate, realistic, and deeply person-centred.

I also understand how vulnerable it can feel to step into a new space or begin your own journey, particularly in a world filled with short videos, quick fixes, and conflicting advice online. While social media can be inspiring and informative, it can also feel overwhelming and make it difficult to know what guidance is safe, evidence based, and genuinely supportive.
That is why I believe in creating a space grounded in professional training, lived experience, and realistic, sustainable approaches. My aim is not to promote perfection or trends, but to offer informed, compassionate support that helps people better understand their bodies, build confidence, and make meaningful changes that truly support your focus and long-term health.
