This month is the month that whatever you've been going through for the last 18 months and you're feeling like you're at the end of it and you can't take it anymore, breakthroughs will happen if you stay open to them; if you can stay in your heart, and if you can allow grace to support you. Being human is messy and confusing sometimes. We're a human and a soul, and acknowledging that it's messy and confusing is a very powerful place to be, especially if you are a sensitive. Because if you are someone who has lived your life as a deep sensitive or deeply empathic to everything going on in the world (and perhaps you're only just figuring that out right now), it's actually really helpful to be able to live in the paradox of this life, which is...it's challenging and difficult and crazy sometimes! And then other times, it can be this incredible epiphany of experiences and connection.

Be PATIENT with yourself as that next level desire surges up. Don't worry if it then goes away an hour or two later. That's part of the process at the moment. There's an up and a down force in motion and know that you aren't doing anything wrong. You are right in the heart of the energetics of the planet. And part of all of this for us is we haven't lived through a period like this before on earth, so our minds don't necessarily fully understand it. We can't fully track it. It's new to us. So, the little freak outs that we can all have about, "What the hell's going on down here?", are quite to be expected. What will help is if you can just keep breathing into- “What do I need next? What do I need right now in this now moment? Where can I place my focus right now that is going to bring me to a calmer, more open and more supported state?”

Happy Monday! Picked a flower card for everyone today and we got "Time to Decide" OK so what are you procrastinating about? It indicates that we are maybe too much on our heads, over thinking and over analysising. Guidance is to look for the brightness and the positive and keep the faith as we are maybe overlooking the green shoots of a new way that is springing up and trying to show us the way forward. Take a deep breath, hand on heart ♥ and make a decision with positive intent.

So have you ever considered how your energy is affecting your everyday life? We all have an energy field that surrounds us and energy centres or Chakras within us. When these get out of balance or when our energy field becomes cluttered with emotional negative debris we can feel heavy, overloaded or simply worn out.
When we focus on fear especially, our base or root Chakra becomes blocked and our energy tends to travel upwards towards our third eye and crown Chakra resulting in anxiety, a feeling of overwhelm and an overactive mind with thoughts and worry wurling around. A simple way to counteract this is to ground, become more mindful (more present), worrying about the future or thinking about the past takes you out of the present and further fuels feelings of fear and feeling unsafe. As part of my treatment process, I work on balancing the Chakras and healing and releasing negative energy. A major part however is also to work with you to teach you how to do it for yourself on a daily basis through various techniques to help you realise the ultimate power lies with you. It is very true that it is not what happens to you in life that matters, but how you react to it. We all have ultimate power over that.

How are you feeling this February? Has Mercury retrograde started to impact your life at all? Are you feeling reflective of the past or are old situations or people arriving back in your life? Mercury retrograde can be an amazing time to revisit old wounds, situations or people that maybe you need to release or have another look at to see how it is impacting your life. Sometimes we need to go back to a situation to see whether we missed an important part of the puzzle... Mercury retrograde is fantastic for helping to reveal hidden secrets or meanings that can help us move forward.

That Rose Quartz point is saying "hello" and the Apophyllite cluster reminds me that through this time of looking back and going within, beautiful crystals can help support our energy through this process.
