💜 THE CROWN CHAKRA 💜

The Sanskrit name for the final Chakra is Sahasrara and is concerned with insight, inner knowing and self-realisation. This energy centre controls our connection to the spirit and a sense of universal consciousness.

Qualities associated with this Chakra when balanced include: wisdom, compassion, joy, clarity and fulfilment.

If unbalanced, you may feel misunderstood, be unaware of your spiritual connection, crave attention and feel unable to have fun.

The Crown Chakra is linked with the following health issues: Alzheimer's, bone disorders, migraines, insomnia, MS, depression, epilepsy and dementia.

The Sanskrit name for the sixth chakra is Ajna and is concerned with the unconscious, where our imagination and inner 'sight' reside. The development of this chakra involves becoming more aware of our intuition and extrasensory perception.

Qualities associated with this chakra when balanced include: wisdom, insight and perception.

If unbalanced you may be: ungrounded, disorganised, narrow-minded, disoriented.

The Third Eye Chakra is linked with the following health issues: blindness, brain tumour, insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, migraines, deafness and dyslexia.

If unbalanced, you may be seen as timid, afraid to speak in public, unable to express yourself and uncommunicative.

The Throat Chakra is linked with the following health issues: bronchitis, colds, coughs, mouth ulcers, thyroid problems, tinnitus, stammer, stiff neck, hay fever and asthma.

Qualities associated with this chakra when balanced include: being loved, empathy, trusting others and selflessness.

If unbalanced, you may have blood circulation problems, experience depression / anxiety, have difficulty trusting others and may be emotionally closed off from others.

The Heart Chakra is linked with the following health issues: heart disease, chest congestion, high blood pressure, allergies, asthma, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory disorders and sleep problems.
