Just because you can't see the pain or feel the pain it doesn't mean the body isn't in pain...

You don't have to be an elite athlete or sports person of any kind, you don't even have to be a gym goer or workout at home, you may never have picked up a weight or ran 100m in your life but you can still benefit from massage.
We put so much stress and strain on our bodies, just by movement and posture alone that regular maintenance massages can help you feel better both physically and mentally...

Think about it, although you may not see the benefits of massage like you see the new haircut you've had but the body will feel the benefit that your haircut never can give!

That was a tough run, my hip gave in half way but I got to the end... today I completed the remembrance half marathon!
I have never ran a half marathon before so this was my 1st and with a pushchair too but we did it!
