Come down and shop local- 10-4pm, Market Place, Hertford (behind Shire Hall where the Farmers Market usually is)

At this Wednesday’s Mama Cuppa we will be joined by Simone Perin a local mum and Personal Trainer specialising in Pre and Post natal exercise.

“I’m a women’s health PT who specialises in all things pre + post natal as well as menopause. I’m a yoga teacher, a pilates instructor + a Biomechanics coach. I run 1-2-1 PT from my home or can be mobile. I run post natal pilates, Buggy Fitness classes + women’s only circuits classes in Stevenage. I also run pregnancy yoga classes. I’m holding a pregnancy retreat in November + have online weightloss + wellness programmes.
I have a free FB group that I’m hoping will keep growing to share my knowledge + help as many mums + mums to be as possible”

She’ll be on hand during the session to answer any questions you may have about returning to exercise after having a baby, the best exercises to do postnatally, pelvic floor queries and much more. Join us this Wednesday 31st July at The Millhouse, Hertford for the first ever Mama Cuppa Meet-up. There will be tea and coffee, cake, baby toys and friendly faces in this wonderful light and airy space. Aimed at new mums who want to get out and meet other mums and babies during the school holidays in a friendly, relaxing environment. We understand that a lot of the usual baby groups aren’t running during the school holidays and that can seem like a very long stretch to a new mum so this group has been set up to fill that gap. No need to sign up just drop in between 10am and 11.45am. Parking available or the venue is just a short walk from the town centre and just off Hartham Common. Plenty of space for buggies and prams.
