With a heatwave expected over this bank holiday weekend it is important to look after your body and stay safe. Here is a reminder of our top tips whether you are joining us for an online workout or doing your own thing.

πŸ‹Stay hydrated: Sip before, during and after.
🐒Slow the pace: Heat changes how your body feels and that is completely normal.
🧘Rest for longer: Give your body time to settle and cool between movements.
❄Cool the room: Curtains closed, fan on.
πŸ₯΅Listen to your body: If it feels too much, it probably is.
πŸ€Έβ€β™‚οΈCelebrate showing up: Movement in hot weather is about care, not intensity... remember, if in doubt, dance it out!

In this heat your body is already working harder than usual, so small adjustments make a big difference.
