With a heatwave expected over this bank holiday weekend it is important to look after your body and stay safe. Here is a reminder of our top tips whether you are joining us for an online workout or doing your own thing.
πStay hydrated: Sip before, during and after.
π’Slow the pace: Heat changes how your body feels and that is completely normal.
π§Rest for longer: Give your body time to settle and cool between movements.
βCool the room: Curtains closed, fan on.
π₯΅Listen to your body: If it feels too much, it probably is.
π€ΈββοΈCelebrate showing up: Movement in hot weather is about care, not intensity... remember, if in doubt, dance it out!
