Case 1. Flat 23 Bluecoats Court, Hertford

What a day - snow, rain, wind, sun. A lovely 1 bed flat with a new fluffy carpet, but the previous tenant "only smoked a few". The bedroom and lounge stank of stale ci******es and was empty for a while as prospective tenants didn't like the smell.
After a total of 6 hours of treatment, the property no longer smells (I am still learning), hence the time. New tenants are moving in this afternoon. A big thank you to Beverly at County Lettings (Hertford)

I handed out my literature about what we can offer and I feel positive with the responses. Hopefully that will turn into business!
