Pretty chuffed with this one! Decided to head down to Hatfield House and signed up for the 10k.
The last year I have worked hard to get stronger and fitter and after 2 years of a significant achilles tendonitis this has been not always easy. This time last year I was gradually increasing run/walk intervals and today I got a 10k pb.

Thanks to for always cheering me on and inspiring me daily❤️

Also thanks to mum and dad for cheering me on the last loop..2 superb supporters of Willow Foundation who show up every year to marshal.

Oh and the donut reward was delicious..thank you 😀

How marvellous to complete this challenge with . Over the years we have covered many miles but this one seemed particularly significant. 🥰🥰
Total miles just over 51 miles (1 for every year of my life!) Total raised - currently stands at £1400…just wow!!
The posts will not be quite so frequent, but I’m going to keep running as I have loved it❤️

Today’s run is in memory of Edward’s Aunty Sybil and Uncle Tony ❤️
