When was the last time you gave yourself permission to slow down?

Not because you’d finished everything on your to-do list or because you’d “earned” rest, but simply because you’re human and you need care too.

Gabriella’s Reiki for Self Care workshop is a gentle, nurturing space designed to help you reconnect with yourself and explore supportive self-care practices through Reiki and energy awareness.

Together, you’ll slow the pace, tune back into your body and learn simple ways to support your wellbeing beyond the constant pressure to keep going. Including:
- Gentle Reiki self-care practices
- Nervous system support and grounding
- Rest, reflection and reconnection
- A calm and welcoming space to simply be

Many of us are very good at looking after everyone else and this is an invitation to include yourself in that care too.

Qigong for Summer is coming.

A gentle, seasonal practice to help you move into summer feeling more balanced, open and energised.

In Qigong, each season carries its own energy. Summer is linked to the Fire element and the Heart, a time of warmth, connection and expression, but also a time where we can feel overstimulated or scattered.

This 4-week course is designed to help you stay grounded within that energy.
Through slow, mindful movement, breathwork and awareness, you’ll be guided to:
• Support and balance the Heart
• Release restlessness and tension
• Cultivate calm, joy and inner steadiness
• Strengthen the upper body and improve mobility

It’s a quiet, powerful practice, one that helps you feel more connected, both to yourself and the season around you.

Jenny’s Beginners & Returners Yoga course is designed for people who are completely new to yoga, coming back after time away or simply looking for a gentler, more supportive place to begin again.

If you’ve ever felt nervous about walking into a yoga class, worried you’re not good at it or convinced everyone else will know what they’re doing except you, this course was created with you in mind.

Classes move at a steady, accessible pace with plenty of guidance, support and space to learn the foundations without pressure or judgement.

A lot of men are struggling quietly.

Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, angry, disconnected and arrying pressure they don’t really talk about because somewhere along the way they learned they were supposed to just “get on with it”.

Fellas is a supportive 4-week course created to offer men a space to pause, talk honestly and feel less alone in the challenges life can bring.

Led by Paul and Stuart, these relaxed weekly sessions are designed to support men through stress, self-doubt, frustration, uncertainty and the pressures many carry silently every day.

There’s no expectation to have the right words.
No pressure to open up before you’re ready.
No need to pretend everything is fine.

Just real conversation, support and space to reflect in a welcoming, grounded environment.

Feeling emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in the same patterns lately?

Kasia’s Sacral Chakra Kundalini Yoga Workshop offers a powerful opportunity to reconnect with yourself through movement, breathwork, meditation and energetic release.

Kundalini Yoga is designed to awaken energy in the body and gently shift what may feel blocked, stagnant or emotionally heavy, helping bring the system back into flow.

In this grounded, beginner friendly workshop, Kasia will guide you through practices that support emotional balance, nervous system regulation and a deeper sense of inner connection.

The Sacral Chakra is often linked to creativity, emotion, pleasure, self-expression and flow. When life feels stressful, overstimulating or emotionally draining, this energy centre can begin to feel depleted or blocked.

You do not need previous experience with Kundalini Yoga, Kasia will guide you step by step.

Tight hips, stiff hamstrings, aching calves, sore shoulders… running can place a huge amount of repetitive strain on the body, especially when recovery and mobility are overlooked.

Yoga for Runners with Sarka is designed to support runners through focused stretching, mobility work, breath and strength to help improve flexibility, posture and overall movement.

Whether you run regularly, are training for an event or simply want to move more comfortably, this class offers practical support for the parts of the body runners often struggle with most.

This week we’re shining a light on Elly…

Elly has been part of The Secret Space since the very beginning, teaching here for nearly 15 years, right from day one.

When the studio first opened, she was drawn to its vision straight away. A space rooted in community, accessibility and genuine care, something she’s continued to embody in her teaching ever since.

Her approach is shaped not just by years of training, but by life too. As a mother of three, including two children with additional needs, Elly brings a deep understanding that yoga should meet people where they are.
Her classes reflect that.

From strong, dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga to gentle, supportive sessions and yoga for those with additional needs, her teaching is grounded, adaptable and always inclusive.

This course is a space to change that.

Join Paul and Stuart for a series of relaxed, supportive sessions designed to help you reflect, talk, and start making sense of what’s going on beneath the surface.

Together, you’ll explore what you want, what might be holding you back, and how to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

If running is part of your week, this class is a simple way to support your body alongside it.

Yoga for Runners focuses on the areas that often need the most attention, hips, hamstrings, glutes and lower back, helping to improve mobility, build strength and release tightness.

It’s not about being flexible or good at yoga, but about giving your body what it needs to keep moving well and reduce the risk of injury.

You’ll also have space to slow things down, tune into your body and support recovery in a way that actually makes a difference to your running.

Whether you’re training regularly or just getting started, you’re very welcome.
