6 Week Social 6Week Social - The original post-natal group for new mums to meet and bond with other local mums with young babies.

The ‘must do course’ for mums with baby’s 0-12 months of age. 6WeekSocial postnatal course offers new mums friendship and community PLUS a wealth of knowledge and advice provided by experienced local experts delivered over 6 weekly sessions. Having a baby is something to celebrate, but it’s also tough especially during these times. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, you’ll be adjusting to new routines, changes to your body and shifts in your relationships. And we’re pretty sure you’ll be knackered, too.

6WeekSocial gives you the skills and support to enjoy your time with your baby, confident in the knowledge that you’re doing brilliantly (whether you’ve brushed your hair and changed out of your PJs or not). For over 12 years, we’ve been helping mums to meet and navigate these changes together. Other mums can be a lifeline in those early months and we love watching friendships grow! What we offer is more than just a social though. Each 6 Week session is hosted by an qualified, experienced women’s health or postnatal expert offering advice and support on matters such as pelvic health, baby’s sleep, childhood illnesses, nutrition, emotional well-being and more!
