With depression recovery takes a long time. Thankfully, I'm almost back to how I was. I isolated myeslf for six months, now I'm getting out more all thanks to the right anti-depressants...

Nothing to funny coming out of my face at the moment, sad to say. Let's hope the increased dosage of my anti-depressants changes that. I feel better than I did, but still feel as though I'm existing, get through, but not living as such...

Well, still under the grip of hospital meds, sad to say. So thinking and doing anything is an up hill struggle. Sleeping for 12 hours, on the other hand, is a piece of cake! No help what so ever...

Quatiapine: built to bring down a charging rhino on heat! Down to 100mg, from 600mg now. Yet still it manages to give me 12 hours sleep! Zzzz zz zzzz...

Not impressed with being put on Quetiapine. Just the 12 side-effects on a 600mg to begin with!

Still feel weak after being out of hospital for 12 days now. Meds way to strong, affecting my cognition and hand-to-eye co-ordination. Most uncomfortable! Can't think striaght or fast enough... Can anyone else remember these feelings? It's a long old day sadly...
