Saturday was a magical one 🌿✨

A session focused on turning inward, checking in with the magical woodland creatures within as we step into a new season. Taking time to notice how we’re really feeling, both children and grown ups alike.

We created heart stones as little grounding tools to hold when feelings feel big, and practiced simple breathing techniques under the trees.

There’s nothing quite like watching a baby discover the world, the crunch of leaves, the squish of mud, the sparkle of sunlight through the trees. Exploring natural materials isn’t just fun, it’s a sensory feast that helps build curious minds and confident little explorers. 🌱

We welcome 0–5 year olds (older siblings too!) for our Stay & Play sessions – come along and see what Indigo Forest School is all about.
