A few gentle spaces to slow down this spring 🌙

I’ll be holding sound baths at The Hideaway Studio, along with a very special one at Beam Hertford - my first gathering there, which feels really lovely to share.

These sessions are simple, calming and restorative… a chance to lie down, switch off, and be held in sound.

April 26th - The Hideaway
May 12th - Beam Hertford (first one 🤍)
May 31st - The Hideaway

🌕 Full Moon in Cancer 🦀

A Gentle Home Cleansing Ritual (perfect for the New Year!). Also Cancer rules the home so any extra energy spent here nurturing and cleansing will make you soul burst with joy!!

Salt Water Ritual (physical + energetic)
1. Fill a small bowl with warm water and add a pinch of sea salt.

2. Stir slowly, setting the intention to clear what feels heavy or stagnant.

3. Using your fingers or a cloth, lightly wipe door frames, window sills, or surfaces you touch often.

4. As you move through the space, imagine the energy softening and lifting.

5. Pour the remaining water down the sink with gratitude.
