Phil Smedley was a X bodybuilder but as the years went on he stopped looking after number 1️⃣

Stress at work, health issues his life became unbalanced… but when his wife Louise Smedley decided to take a different career path he decided to be her Guinea pig. To Test out the program and see how she can help others.

Phil is now healthier now in this 60s than his 50s and loves the new community his apart of at Boothferry Park Nutrition.
