What an absolute pleasure to meet Mike and Rob as well as all the other runners that ran then first leg from MKM stadium to the Humber Wellbeing Hub and those that met him there to continue the run with them.

Mike and Rob are running 200 MILES all the way to Tottenham!

What an amazing and very challenging run your doing but am sure you will smash it!

Do you support women who served? 💜

We’re pleased to be hosting a FREE training session in Hull as part of the Female Veterans Transformation Programme (FVTP).

The FVTP is a UK-wide initiative that has developed resources to help organisations better recognise, understand, and support female veterans. It is funded by NHS England, the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (AFCFT), the Office for Veterans’ Affairs, and the Veterans Foundation.

The Female Veterans Toolkit, launched in November 2025, is an accessible, flexible resource designed for all organisations:

If you’re looking for something to do with the family this half term, why not pick up one of our brand new Humber Bridge activity packs from the Humber Wellbeing Hub?

Designed for children aged 4+ and their families, the activity book is packed with Humber Bridge and estate-themed puzzles, colouring, activities and fun facts to help little explorers discover more about this iconic landmark and its surrounding environment.

Each pack also includes crayons and paper so children can enjoy our popular rubbing trail while exploring the site. The trail features a series of plaques hidden around the estate, each accompanied by an audio narration*, adding an extra layer of discovery to your walk.

As an introductory offer, the activity pack is free this half term break.

Whether you’re planning a family stroll across the bridge, exploring the Country Park or simply looking for an outdoor activity to enjoy together, the activity packs are a great way to make the most of the half-term break.

* you’ll need to download the Echoes App to access the audio
