But the impact doesn’t stop with us.
Our Su***de Prevention and Mental Health Training is equipping communities, workplaces, schools and organisations with the confidence to step in, start conversations and potentially save a life of their own.

We often hear people say:

“I was always scared of saying the wrong thing… now I feel confident to ask directly.”

“I know what to look for now.”

“I feel empowered to help, not helpless.”

That ripple effect is powerful.

Because su***de prevention is not the responsibility of one service — it takes a community. And through training, awareness and partnership working, we are building a network of people who are ready to listen, ready to act and ready to save lives.

Thank you to every organisation who has trusted us to deliver this training, and to every individual who has taken that learning back into their workplace, family or community.

Together, we are making a difference.
Together, we are saving lives.

If you’d like, I can do a shorter version, add course names (Bloom Training), or tailor it for LinkedIn too. 💜

Every single day at Humber Wellbeing Services we are reminded why this work matters so much… because it truly saves lives.
Through our listening services, 1:1 support, group sessions and community outreach, we meet people at some of the most difficult points in their lives. When someone walks through our door feeling hopeless, overwhelmed or alone — they are met with compassion, understanding and a safe space to talk. And time and time again, we see the difference that makes.

We're taking a short break next week for February half term, so there will be no live sessions running, except for Silent Book Club on Wednesday.

Sessions will be back to normal from the week beginning 23rd February😊

While we are away, you can still enjoy our online courses and podcast. They're a lovely way to keep learning and stay connected to the College💻

🌿✨ Looking for a little adventure (and a little peace)? ✨🌿

✨️ With helf term just around the corner it's the prefect time for a visit to Humber Wellbeing Hub

✨️Did you know we have a lovely children’s area ready and waiting – perfect for playing, colouring, reading and jigsaws. It’s a cosy, welcoming space where little imaginations can run wild while grown-ups take a well-earned breather

✨️Parents and carers can relax with a cuppa and a tasty snack before or after heading out to the country park to blow away the cobwebs and explore the beauty of nature. 🌳🍃
Why is this so good for everyone?

We’d love to see you soon! 💚
