Autumn is in full swing and as winter approaches our lymphatic system takes a battering.
Winter bugs are starting to spread and as the days grow shorter we lose light and vital vitamin D, the colder weather drives us indoors and we are hauled up together. All of which makes for a perfect breeding ground for viruses.
Regular lymphatic drainage massages will help eliminate pre existing built up toxins and allow for your lymphatic system to help aid in keeping you healthy and well.
Whilst LDM can’t always keep bugs away it will most certainly help you fight them or recover quicker should you become unwell.
My LDM packages are available but I can only offer a limited number to ensure everybody is able to attend regular appointments.

A really positive change for all 🤍

The benefits of lymphatic drainages are incredible, I truly believe in them and the importance of having regular massage particularly for those suffering with acute or chronic conditions.

I have spoken at length to many of my existing customers and those who enquire about LDM about the cost of the treatment.
I have found that whilst customers are happy to pay the existing price and do (they’re absolutely worth the current market price) whilst many others simply can’t afford the treatment and especially more than once. As I’ve said on previous posts, after having one Lymphatic drainage you will notice benefits but to truly benefit it’s a process.
Many of my customers seem to be coming to me for a more medicalised treatment which I feel very privileged to do, for long term health conditions and many are in receipt of benefits due to their ill health.

As much as I wish I could perform this for free I obviously can’t.

My aim as a nurse was always to make my treatments inclusive and accessible for all.
With that being said, I have decided to reduce the cost of lymphatic drainage treatments and packages.

The new price is £45 and each treatment will last between 60-75 minutes, I really do hope this is the difference between you booking that first or next massage.
