We say it time and time again that it’s not about the number on the scales - the weight alone doesn’t mean anything.

It’s all about our body composition and this is a prime example!

We celebrated Sam’s 1st review this week and what a cracker it is!

Maintained his muscle mass but dropped 4.8% body fat!!

Dropped 1.5 L of nasty visceral fat!!

Dropped 15cm from around his body!

Dropped 13 years off his metabolic age!

Increased hydration!

Physique rating moved from an unhealthy 2 to a lovely healthy 5 (body fat v muscle mass)

Well done Sam! Feeling great and achieving great things in the gym too.
