And that my lovelys…IS A WRAP ❤️

Today we closed the doors on our very last Bikram class in Hessle.

As we stood together in that final posture, hearts beating strong and bodies glistening, there was a beautiful mix of gratitude, nostalgia, and quiet excitement in the room. This space has held us through so many sweaty, transformative moments …the breakthroughs, the struggles, the laughter, the deep sighs of release. It’s been more than just a studio..for a period of time the universe made it a sanctuary….

But every ending is also a beginning….as one door closes..another opens…as every chapter in a novel leads us further into the depths of a magnificent story..

However…shed not a tear my lovelies..and in the growth..and the resilience and THE POWER all guns blazing POWER…of the force that is RISE & ULTRA …
As we now step forward into an incredible new chapter in Anlaby Common 🫶🏼
our beautiful, purpose-built studio that we’ve poured our hearts into creating. Bigger, brighter, and filled with even more energy, light, and possibility. This is where our community will grow deeper, our practice will evolve, and new memories will be made….with you 🫵🏼

Our installation monkeys 🐒 have been hard at work! Annnnd there still grafting! As the Heaters are going in 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

So…Say hello to the new floor 😅☝️built specifically for the heat!

This bad boy is officially Bikram-approved. Engineered to handle 40°C inferno temperatures and the literal buckets of sweat you will produce while trying not to die in Camel Pose 😂
While we’re dripping like human waterfalls, sliding around in our own puddles of regret, this flooring just sits there calm and unbothered like a true yogi and states… “Namaste… I’ve got you.”

No more accidental splits mid-Standing Bow. No more “the floor’s too slippery” excuses when your towel looks like it just survived a monsoon.
(Which incidentally our personalised towels are for sale 😉 and look the business)

We built this studio hot. We built this floor stronger.

After months of “holding it together,” 🤭
we finally achieved full enlightenment in the smallest room of the new studio…..Behold: our newly decorated toilet, now officially a “yoga studio with plumbing” 😅☝️

Featuring…..

- Deep forest green walls (for that grounded, root chakra vibe)
- Enough space to attempt Eagle pose… (if you’re a toddler or a contortionist)
- The perfect narrow corridor for your morning “Downward Facing Flush” 🤭
- And yes, the whole thing was masterfully painted by our very own “Paint Monkey” 🐒🎨 (10/10, no drips) (excellent tail control as always)🤣

So…Come for the p**p, stay for the inner peace.🧘🏻‍♂️
