Grimsby Telegraph - A care home in Grimsby has seen huge investment since HICA took over. Following on from a refurbishment, we were invited into Fairways to see its fresh and vibrant atmosphere.

Samantha Brackenbury, Registered Manager spoke to Grimsby Live about its transformation, as well as the positive impact on residents. She said: "HICA took over two years ago and they've given us a huge refurbishment. Our lounge has been completely refurbished so its more dementia friendly.

'It's just a really nice environment to work in'

Resident Mary from The Hollies sang ‘We’ll Meet Again’ to celebrate her 74th wedding anniversary. While her husband couldn’t be there on the day, we send them both our very best wishes for the future. 🎶💖 Patrick, a staff member, also treated Mary to a beautiful a ca****la song at the end — as always, his singing was wonderful!
