Important update from our Director, Jake

We just wanted to share a quick update with you all. From June 1st, there will be a small price increase for chiropractic appointments.

💙 New patient appointments will be £75
💙 Follow-up appointments will be £50

This is only a £5 increase, and it’s not something we’ve taken lightly. We’ve done everything we can to keep this as minimal as possible while continuing to provide the level of care, time, and attention that you deserve.

What won’t change is what matters most — your appointment length, the quality of treatment, and the care you receive will remain exactly the same. Our focus has always been, and will always be, on helping you feel better, move better, and stay pain-free.

We truly appreciate your continued support and trust in us. It means a lot that you choose us to be part of your journey, and we’re committed to continuing to give you the best possible care every time you walk through the door.

Meet Lindsey – Your Go To for Pain Relief & Feeling Like Yourself Again 💆‍♀️

Lindsey always had an interest in physiotherapy from school, but life took her down a different path… until an upper back injury in her 20s changed everything.

After just two sessions with a sports massage therapist (who she thought was a physio at the time 😅), she was hooked — pain gone, movement back, and a new career path unlocked.

She went on to qualify 16 years ago and hasn’t looked back since.

Meet Amanda – From Pro Dancer to Sports Therapy Pro 💪

Amanda first discovered massage during lockdown while waiting for the dance industry to reopen. What started as a side job quickly became a passion, especially after working with athletes at Anselmians Rugby Club and seeing how powerful rehabilitation and hands-on therapy can be together.

That experience pushed her to level up her skills with a Level 4 Sports Therapy qualification at Cheshire West College, and not long after she joined the team at Younger.

What she loves treating:
💥 Sports injuries & rehabilitation
💥 Muscle tightness and recovery
💥 Exercise-based rehab alongside massage
💥 Helping people move and feel better again

She loves the variety of patients she gets to work with and is always building her knowledge to give people the best care possible.

Meet Chris – Built on Sport, Driven by Experience 👟⚽

From growing up around sport to playing into adulthood, Chris has seen (and experienced) his fair share of injuries. What always fascinated him wasn’t just how to fix them physically, but how to handle the mental side of being sidelined too.

That curiosity turned into a career.

Jess fell in love with all things nerve, bone, muscle and gym-related during her first degree at Liverpool Uni, and realised chiropractic was the perfect way to tie it all together.

She’s never looked back.
