SLOW FLOW YOGA & MEDITATION

This will include a lovely Slow-Flow Yoga class (45 mins) Breathwork, lots of stretching, easy to follow, flowing slowly and connecting the breath with movement. A calming meditative experience - suitable for beginners. Then tea/coffee/Prosecco and a tasty treat! Followed by a Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation (45 mins) to leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, peaceful and calm ❤️
Take some time to be fully present with the self, and to switch off, shut the world out and experience peace and tranquility.
