By surrendering to rest and stillness, no longer distracted by the senses and guided into Ashunya Meditation, you can connect to your deep inner consciousness reaching a state of profound rest and pure peacefulness.
Reiki will be offered during our practice to aid the Rest and Restore process.

11-1pm - This will include a lovely Slow-Flow Yoga class (45 mins) Breathwork, lots of stretching, easy to follow, flowing slowly and connecting the breath with movement. A calming meditative experience - suitable for beginners. Then tea/coffee/Prosecco and a tasty treat! Followed by a Yoga Nidra Guided Meditation (45 mins) to leave you feeling refreshed, uplifted, peaceful and calm ❤️
