This book—this beautiful, bold, brilliant book—is coming to every single member very soon. And it’s not just pages. It’s proof.

Proof that Slimming World is evolving. That it’s listening. That it’s still absolutely rooted in what works, while embracing the language and energy of today. 💚

With fresh updates to the plan and a whole new way of talking about our journey, this book shows that Slimming World isn’t going anywhere. In fact, it’s standing taller than ever—56 years strong and still changing lives.
