Yesterday for International Dog Day we enjoyed some canine based quizzes, crafts and looking through photos of some recent visitors to Elm Bank. 🐕🐶🐩🐕‍🦺

Well what a great day we've had at Elm Bank today! 💞

We have played games of superhero snap, pin the mask on the superhero and made masks which our residents (and staff) enjoyed modelling. 🦸‍♀️🦸

Yesterday afternoon residents were thrilled to see Ivy return to perform more of her Irish dancing in our main lounge. 👏👏

Tomorrow we will be celebrating our amazing staff and residents, our everyday heroes, in full superhero style. 🦸‍♂️🦸‍♀️🦸

Uniforms will be swapped for capes and masks as we raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's Society with a day packed full of fun, laughter and hero-worthy moments.

On the day you can expect:

🌟 Superhero fancy dress competitions for staff and residents (optional — but we can’t wait to see the costumes!)

🌟 Themed games and activities to unleash everyone’s inner hero

🌟 Delicious treats and refreshments to enjoy throughout the day

🌟 Open day tours for visitors to meet our wonderful residents and dedicated teams
