Heartwarming Meditation “New Year, New Beginnings” on Saturday January 25th 2-4pm. A wonderful way to start the New Year as the first stirrings of new life arise along with the snowdrops as we set our intent for the coming year. We will be accompanied by a warm fire and healing resonance of Peace Gong, Moon Gong, Sun Gong, Shruti, Colour Focus, Poetry, Mantras and Silence. Valentine’s Day FREE event: Did you know that Valentine’s Day is also World Sound Healing Day? Friday 14th February 12-1.30pm This is my 15th anniversary year doing this event so I hope all of us can make it even deeper and more heartfelt for the planet. Can you help make it happen, here at the Sound Lodge? Let’s gather and co-create with collective intentional sound of voice and gong harmonies to resonate love, compassion and appreciation to Mother Earth and our global family. This ‘Sound Lounge for Sonic Valentine’ event is only open for a limited number so booking required.

Special HEARTBEAT Spring Equinox Meditation with Drumming and Ceremony on Saturday 22nd March 2-4.30pm. The Spring Equinox is such a nourishing time as the Spring energy rises, full of hope and promise. All meditations are held in the Sound Lodge, a sacred space to help you connect with Mother Earth and deeply nourish yourself. Special Winter Solstice with Drumming and Ceremony on Saturday 21st December 3-5.30pm. The Winter Solstice is all about finding inner stillness and dreaming, and is a symbolic "Return of the Light" on this the shortest day. We will be accompanied by healing resonance of Peace Gong, Moon Gong, Sun Gong, Shruti, Colour Focus, Poetry, Mantras and Silence, followed by drumming and ceremony around the bonfire. Booking required, cost £45 for one person or £85 for two. “Every meditation is different, but I always leave feeling deeply relaxed, peaceful and re-charged and learn something different about myself each time.”
