⚠️ Meningitis B outbreak update ⚠️

The UK Health Security Agency has shared important information about a current outbreak of meningococcal disease (MenB) in Kent.

Meningitis B can be serious, so it’s important to be aware of the symptoms and know what to do if you or your family are affected. Early action can save lives.

🧠💤 Does your child have ADHD and struggle with sleep?

Researchers at the University Hospital of Southampton are running a study called SleepBuddy, designed by medics and psychologists to help improve sleep for children aged 6–12 with ADHD.

Your family may be able to take part if:
✔️ Your child is aged 6–12
✔️ They have a diagnosis of ADHD (including ADD)
✔️ You’ve noticed they experience sleep difficulties
✔️ You can read and understand English

By taking part, you could help researchers develop better support for children with ADHD and sleep problems.
