📢 Important Update to Our Prescription Collection Process 📢

From 1st June 2026, we will no longer be sending text message notifications when prescriptions are ready for collection due to changes in Practice funding.

💊 Prescription requests will take 72 hours (3 working days) to process, so please allow enough time when ordering your medication.
📅 During Bank Holidays, please allow an extra working day.

Please check the collection timetable below to see when your prescription will be ready from either Humshaugh Surgery or Wark Surgery.

The UK Health Security Agency has shared important information about a current outbreak of meningococcal disease (MenB) in Kent.

Meningitis B can be serious, so it’s important to be aware of the symptoms and know what to do if you or your family are affected. Early action can save lives.
