Client Profile – Claire

Meet Claire, who is one of my regular weekly clients and is currently training for The Wall Ultramarathon — a 70 mile race from Carlisle to Wallsend.

Due to the demands of her training, we use weekly massage treatments to help prevent injury, aid recovery, and keep her body moving well. Alongside running high mileage each week, Claire also incorporates strength training and yoga into her routine.

Outside of training, Claire owns , works as a tour guide, and is also a run leader for — meaning she spends even more time on her feet throughout the week. Regular treatment helps her manage the physical demands of both her work and training commitments.
