Bespoke Care Services offers support and care for those living in Morecambe, Lancaster and surrounding area's.

As we go on so much about our amazing staff team (they really are amazing) we thought it would be nice to share our appreciation to our clients and their families....

The first thing we discuss with all our team during their interviews and induction is that our clients are at the centre of all that we do....we know that the whole of the care sector thrive to do this also.

What makes Bespoke Care Services different is that we dont do this because CQC (our regulators) tell us we should, we do this because we understand that our clients allow us into the most vulnerable parts of their life, our clients and their loved ones put their trust in us to support and care for them in a way that they would like us too.

Our role in caring and supporting people is promoting choice and independence at all times, for someone to trust our team to arrive on time, to prepare meals that they'll love, to support with collecting their medication, to administer their medication, to support with their personal care requirements whilst maintaining dignity at all times, for taking bins out on the correct day, for washing their clothes at the correct temperature and all of the inbetween is very special!

So today like everyday we would like to thank all our clients and their loved ones for trusting us to deliver outstanding care, it is an absolute privilege ❤️

Today we want to show appreciation to our staff team...

Whilst most people got to enjoy the sunshine this weekend our team were out in the community working in 25+ degrees heat to ensure our clients received outstanding care and support.

Today our team are out in the community working in awful weather conditions, still with a smile on their face, still ensuring our clients receive outstanding quality care and support that they deserve.

Weather is just one of the challenges that our team face on a daily basis, none of our team ever moan about the weather, because the needs of our clients always comes first and for that we are forever grateful that at Bespoke Care Services we all share the same vision, delivering outstanding quality care and support come rain or shine!

Today like everyday we want to acknowledge just how amazing are team really are 💕

Louise and Ellie strike again, yesterday some of our clients came to the office to start working on memory books....

Our clients always have amazing memories that they enjoy sharing with the team but we wanted to go that one step further and support them in showing us and sharing them with each other, the office was filled with laughter yesterday, we can't wait to see and hear more memories over the coming months!

We really are so blessed to be part of an industry where we truly do make a difference 💕

Our Community team are becoming very camera shy this week, but here we have another introduction....

Kathy joined the Bespoke family in 2020, she came to us during lock down, wanting to make a difference and what a difference she has made!

At a very scary time for us all in the care sector, with the fear of the unknown, Kathy put all her fears aside along with the rest of our team and supported our clients day in, day out, always going that extra mile, making the best of an awful situation when some of our clients at the time had never even seen us without a mask on.

Kathy is extremely passionate about delivering person centred care, always coming up with different ideas for outings, activities and ways to create positive outcomes for our clients.

Thank you for all that you do Kathy, Bespoke really wouldn't be the same without you ❤️

Day 5 of sharing the hero's of our community....

Stacey joined the Bespoke Care Services family back in 2023 & we are so lucky that she did!

Stacey has pools of experience in the care sector and it really does show, all our clients adore her, she always goes that extra mile!

Stacey can usually be found with her Dachshunds, Kylo & the newest addition to her family Kooper, they really are her babies!

Today our community team are all being a little shy so we thought we would share with you another member of the team...

This is Harley, she definitely brings the entertainment, demands constant attention and distracts everybody she meets until they feed her. She's had a very hard day today so is taking over the sofa in the office!

Harley definitely keeps us on our toes ❤️

Day 3 of sharing our heroes of the community....

Ellie joined the Bespoke Care Services family in July 2024, brand shiny new to the sector as she originally trained to work with children then quickly realised her real passion laid with supporting vulnerable adults.

Ellie is very passionate about delivering outstanding quality care and always goes that extra mile, she works alongside Louise planning our activity afternoons & is also qualified as a moving and handling trainer alongside some of our other team members

Day 2 of sharing our heroes of the community....

Charlotte joined the Bespoke Care Services family back in 2023 as a Support Worker and has never looked back since.

Charlotte brings the energy to the community, her positivity is infectious, she really is our little ray of sunshine 🌞

Thank you for always making not only our clients smile Charlotte but the whole team too!

Day 1 & here comes the real heroes of the team!!

Lynne has been part of the Bespoke Care Services family since 2021 & if she can't fix it nobody can....Lynne can take her hand to anything, co-worker with a flat tyre, not a problem, Lynne will be there to change it, client without a washing line, they'll have one by the end of their visit (this has happened in the past). No coffee in your hand, there will be soon...

If it can be done, Lynne will absolutely make it happen....

We are so grateful for everyone's kind words this week about the team, it really is lovely to have so much positive feedback.

Our Story

Bespoke Care Services is a newly established domiciliary agency only receiving its official registration status from CQC, our regulated body in March 2020. Here at Bespoke Care Services we offer care and support for those in the Lancaster, Morecambe and surrounding areas for individuals over the age of 18 years old. Although newly established the management team have pools of experience within the industry and a proven track record in leading a team to deliver outstanding care, the Registered Manager Sarah Kellett received The Bay Business Awards 2019 Highly Commended in the Care Sector for her passion and contribution to the care industry.

Here at Bespoke Care Services we recognise that our clients invite us into their homes and the most vulnerable parts of their lives in order for us to support them to live as independently as possible. This is why our ethos is to focus on the delivery of person centred support, we place our clients at the forefront of what we do by empowering them to be in control of their care/support. From the start of the journey with us here at Bespoke Care Services our clients are encouraged to work with us to develop their own support plans, by doing this it enable us to ensure that everything important to each individual is included and means our clients desired outcomes are met at all times.

Bespoke Care Services offers a range of services to meet our clients needs, this ranges from meal preparation, support with medication, domestic duties, general household duties such as shopping needs, companionship, welfare checks, respite and personal care support. We also offer support for those with Dementia and end of life care.
