Finally looks like summer is coming. Don't forget your sunscreen! Our sunscreen is free from nasty stuff and my favourite is Sun Day, it smells so good you could eat it!
Also don't forget to put some sunscreen on your lips, it is skin afterall and will burn!

Did you know on our Retreats we do mindfulness, warm up exercise to music followed by Pilates stretching, guided Tropic facials (no charge) and we can offer 25 min massages too (£20). I can only offer 3 sessions of massage, so first to book and pay gets the slot.
Obviously, expert water colour painting tuition by our lovely Christine.
To send you home relaxed we finish we more Pilates, a guided meditation and a short soundbath.
