📢 FREE Community Health Checks – Tomorrow! 💜

Living Well Rochdale are offering FREE health checks for the community.

🩺 What we check:
✔️ Blood pressure
✔️ Blood sugar & cholesterol
✔️ Body weight & BMI
✔️ Immunisations & oral health advice

👥 Eligibility:
• Aged 25+
• Not under GP care for regular treatment
• Not on blood thinners or medication for cholesterol/diabetes
• Not currently pregnant & no haemophilia

📍 Venue: Crimble Croft Community Centre, Heywood
📅 Date: Tuesday 3rd February 10am - 2.30pm
💧 Please make sure you drink plenty of water before coming.

No appointment needed – just drop in and take a step towards better health.
