Our Story
Sports Therapy is not just for athletes of any calibre, it is very much for everyone, it can help postural issues, injury rehabilitation, joint issues and soft tissue problems. I offer the tools, skills and knowledge to provide a holistic approach to remedy these for the client, in a client lead practice. My background is in nursing, a career which I loved doing for a number of years. I left to pursue other career choices, as a result I trained as a Higher Education Tutor, specialising in teaching Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Medical Acupuncture and Hypermobility Awareness. I offer many different manual therapies and also other types of therapy such as talk therapies and Reiki.
I offer Manual Lymphatic Drainage for either acute/post operative treatments, but also treatments and support for those with chronic conditions, such a lymphoedema and lipoedema.
