Did you know that Slimming World groups are the perfect place to get support on swapping habits to the healthier ones whichever way you are trying to lose weight.

Our Free food system is second to none, but we are seeing an increasing number of people who are joining groups to learn! alongside taking weight loss medications, and our arms are wide open to support you, even after you stop the medication, we will have taught you life long healthy habits so the weight wont return!

There is no judgment, no pressure, just like-minded people. You won't pay for every week you've missed either so no hefty bill.
