re, what we want, and what we're capable of achieving. I've always been passionate about coaching youngsters, encouraging them to believe they can achieve anything. Seeing them succeed inspired me even more. But for years, I struggled with self-imposed limiting beliefs and lived a life that wasn't truly mine. Frustration and anger took over, and I felt out of sync with myself. In 2019, I decided to take action. I enrolled in a wellbeing coaching course to help myself and others facing similar challenges. With the help of a coach, I broke through those limiting beliefs using techniques like clean questioning, hypnosis, and TARC EFT. My journey took a physical turn in 2022 when I conquered the Pennine Way solo in just 17 days. It was the beginning of embracing challenges, both outdoors and in everyday life. Now, I'm more resilient, resourceful, and living life on my terms with more joy and satisfaction. I'm dedicated to helping others achieve the joy and satisfaction allowing them to achieve the quality of life they desire, offering support every step of the way. Taking the first step can be scary, but I'm here to guide you. When you take action, you'll realise the life you've always wanted is within reach. I ran this retreat for the first time in Yorkshire in April and it was one of the best things I have ever done. Watching women arrive carrying everything and leave feeling like themselves again never gets old.

I'm running it again in June and there is just one space remaining.

Yes, it was absolutely lovely.

Here's something I've noticed working with women for years. πŸ’š

Deep down, most of us already know what step we need to take.

We know we need to slow down. We know we need to ask for help. We know we need to stop pretending everything is fine when it isn't.

We know.

But knowing isn't the same as feeling like it's okay to do it.

Because somewhere along the way, we learned that our needs were inconvenient. That putting ourselves first was selfish. That coping quietly was the brave thing.

It isn't.

One of the things I love most about retreat is watching that shift happen. The moment someone takes a step β€” however small β€” and realises the world didn't end. That nobody thought less of them. That actually, they felt more like themselves than they have in years.

That's what Wild & Whole is for.

Not to tell you what to do. But to show you it's okay to do it.

This one stopped me in my tracks. πŸ’›

"Instead of feeling frustrated I just felt curious. WOW."

This client had carried over 30 years of overwhelm and panic every time something technical or business-related did not go to plan. It had led to procrastination, avoidance, and a lot of lost energy.

We worked together using coaching, TARC EFT, and visualisation to release that overwhelm, find where it started, and clear it properly.

Then came the real test. A website issue. Exactly the kind of thing that would have triggered the whole pattern before.

And this time? Curiosity instead of frustration.

That is not a small thing. That is thirty years of a pattern, gone.

Something happens on retreat that I can't fully explain until you've felt it.

The first few hours, people are still in their heads. Still half-managing something back home.

Then, usually somewhere between the coaching and the walk, it shifts.

Here's something I've noticed working with women for years. πŸ’›

I want to share something a client said to me this week, with their permission.

"Had a good rest during the night which hasn't happened in the last one month. So I'm very grateful."

One session. One month of broken sleep: gone.

I'm not sharing this to show off. I'm sharing it because I know there are people reading this right now who haven't slept properly in weeks.

Burnout doesn't always look dramatic. Sometimes it just looks like lying awake at 3am, mind racing, body exhausted, wondering when you started feeling like this.

Can I ask you something?

If you're feeling burnt out, exhausted, or running on empty, what's the ONE thing that's stopping you from doing something about it?

Is it time? Money? Not knowing where to start? Feeling like you should just push through?

Here's something I know about people-pleasers.

We are experts at making ourselves small.

We shrink in meetings. We apologise for taking up space. We say "I'm fine" so many times we start to believe it.

Which is exactly why I chose abseiling for Wild & Whole.

There is something about standing at the top of a cliff face, properly kitted out, expertly guided, completely supported, and choosing to step off anyway, that rewires something.

Not because it's extreme. But because your nervous system cannot lie in that moment. You cannot people-please a rock face. You cannot shrink your way down.

You just have to trust yourself.

And when you do, when you find out that you can, that feeling follows you home.
