✨ HEALING ✨

It isn’t a straight line. It isn’t always graceful. And it rarely looks the way we imagined.

Healing is awareness. the quiet moment when we finally admit to ourselves that something within us needs care.

It’s processing — sorting through old stories, unlearning patterns that once protected us, and sitting with truths that feel heavy but necessary.

It’s feeling — allowing emotions to rise without judgment. Letting tears, anger, joy, confusion, and clarity flow without apology.

It’s acceptance — honoring what happened, what changed, and what can no longer be.

Healing is self-care — choosing yourself in small, consistent ways. Resting. Nourishing. Setting boundaries that honour your peace.

It’s growth — sometimes subtle, sometimes powerful, but always moving you closer to who you’re becoming.

And most of all, healing is action . The brave decision to show up for yourself again and again, even when it’s hard, even when no one sees it.

If you’re in the middle of your healing journey, remember:
